When I became a teenager I was taught to rub my eyes inwards vs. out. Like when you're putting concealer and you smooth it out, push inwards instead of out. With everything I have done that, washing eyes, drying tears, etc. Well, I don't have a single sign of crow's feet, but I have worse! BAGS! Since I noticed I'm much more gentle with them and delicately blot. But does anyone have a recommendation for a good cover-up or even a fix? I know there's tons of products out for this very problem, but have any of you found one that really works? Thanks!

Heh, I think the only fix is 8 hours of sleep every night.

I have perpetual dark circles under my eyes unless I get like 12 a night. You can actually have plastic surgery to remove the dark circles under the eyes. I've heard of putting cucumber slices on your eyes to eliminate bags... not sure how well it works. Also heard that dark eyeshadow/eyeliner will draw attention away from those dark under-eye circles, but I'm too lazy to bother with makeup.

Hee, hee, this was mentioned in another topic, and it really works: Preparation H. Yes, it is a temporary quick-fix for the puffiness.
As for the cucumbers, well, anything nice and cool will reduce swelling slightly. Some people use teabags, too.

Also, try St. Ive's Cucumber face Gel. It works WONDERS for millions of things... Sunburn, windburn, face, etc. I use it all the time, and it smells good and doesn't leave a sticky film. Good stuff, yeah.

I'm tempted to press CTRL + P to print out this thread, since I have dark circles and bags from working many late nights these past couple of weeks. All of these suggestions sound great.

Has anyone tried the Clean & Clear stick that is being advertised on TV? The one that "tingles?" (forget what it's called). I'm highly tempted to run out and buy it, but wanted to see if anyone here's tried it.

Clinique All About Eyes helped the circles under my eyes a lot. It's about $28 I think, which is farily reasonable for eye creme. It's a lot for a small jar of creme, but it does the trick.

Ive also heard that sleeping with your pillow slightly elevated helps as well by reducing the puffy factor

I'm using Benefit's Bo-ing for undereye concealer. Works wonders at a semblance of awakeness. I highly recommend.

I love Neutrogena's concealer with copper. The copper helps with the bags...somehow...and the color and coverage are great.
