Curry Chicken with
recipe comes from our message boards, courtesy of Emille. The
yogurt-marinated chicken is delectably moist; you could use this
same marinade for grilled chicken. The sweetness of the
caramelized onions pairs well with the curry flavors; if you
want to increase the veggie content, carrots might also make a
tbsp. curry powder
1/2 cup yogurt (or enough to cover the chicken)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 chicken breasts
1 large onion
1 tbsp. sugar
additional salt + pepper to taste
30 min, plus marinating time
the chicken thinly into bite-size pieces. Marinate in a bowl with the
curry powder, yogurt and salt for at least 2 hours.

cooking slowly and stirring often, until the onions have turned a nice
