Quick Fix |
Dashi
Dashi is a traditional Japanese soup
stock made with dried bonito fish flakes. This recipe is for a
very simple dashi with a very light fish flavor. For a stronger flavored
broth, add another 1/4 cup of bonito flakes at the end, bring the stock
back up to a simmer and cook for another 5 minutes.
ingredients
