Salty Stuff |
Think of crepes as the French version of Mexican tortillas, or those
pancakes used for Moo shu pork in Chinese cuisine. Suddenly, the idea of
salty crepes doesn’t seem so strange, does it? You can fill crepes
with just about any salty filling imaginable, and eat as is or top off
with a sauce. Just follow the basic crepe recipe but leave out the
sugar. A few ideas to get you started…
