Combine 2 oz. vodka, 1 tbsp. Chambord (black raspberry liqueur), 1 oz. pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker over cracked ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Variation: Try adding a splash of Cointreau.
